MARTIN SMITH (Compassion Art, Delirious)

Don Fass interviews the extraordinarily-gifted, award-winning Christian singer and songwriter who has led UK supergroup Delirious? for about 18 years.

In Don’s second interview with Martin at a Joyce Meyer conference in Long Beach, California, Martin talks about his decision to disband Delirious in November, 2009 and not only spend more time with his family near London but with his wife, to concentrate on helping the poor through his Compassion Art charity, on surrender and his own passion to help others less fortunate..

You will hear several songs from the Compassion Art benefit album also featuring Steven Curtis Chapman, Darlene Hillsong’s Zshech, Chris Tomlin, Michael W. Smith, The Watoto Childrens Choir and several others as well as some more great songs of Delirious?

(Don’s first interview with Martin 10 months earlier and still more great Delirious music, an interview with Darlene and 18 other great REACHING UP music and interview shows are at www.reachingup.podomatic.com  and additional programs from Celebrate Radio at www.celebrateradiofeatures.mypodcast.com)
